As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, the GoTo Resolve team will be conducting service maintenance on the date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: June 29th, 2022, 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM UTC.
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 1-hour maintenance window.
Expected downtime: 5 minutes.
What to expect: At any point in time during the maintenance window, GoTo Resolve customers may experience issues reconnecting to their existing support sessions if the window in which the GoTo Resolve console runs is refreshed.
If during the maintenance you experience issues, we recommend you to end the current session and start a new one, since newly created sessions should not be affected.
